    「わらしべ貯金箱」って？

    みなさま、いかがお過ごしですか？

    ATMU!メンバーの‘まるは’改め、はつみんです(やっとあだ名が決まりました･･･)

     

    4/22(日)に、4/23(月)～4/27(金)に秋田市大町のイーホテルショッピングモール（旧AD）１Fで開催された、「第28回わらしべ貯金箱」の準備のお手伝いに、ATMU!副代表の森本と私が行って参りました！

    今回はこのイベントを主催しているSING(シング)の代表である武内さんという方と縁があり、お手伝いさせていただきました。

     

    この「わらしべ貯金箱」とは一言で表すと、「モッタイナイを実践しながら、気軽にはじめられる社会活動」のことです。

    具体的にどのような流れかというと･･･

    まず、ご家庭で不要になったもので、まだ他の人に使ってもらいたい物を寄付します。

    ↓

    そして、集まったものの中から必要のな物を選び自分で値段を決めて寄付。

    ↓

    そうして集まった貯金を使って、社会活動をしていく　というものです。

     

     

    私たちは皆様からお寄せいただいたものを倉庫から出し、棚に並べていく作業をしました。

    皆様からお寄せいただいたものは、お皿や衣服、靴、本などなど、本当に様々でした。中には、電子ピアノも。個人的に非常に驚いたのは、某市立中学校の卒業記念品があったこと！寄付しちゃって良いのでしょうか･･･?しかも3つもありましたよ！

    他にも、「味の素」のミニサイズの瓶があったり･･･作業に集中するというよりも、「どんなものがあるんだろう･･･！」とワクワクしつつ、楽しんでしまいました＾＾；

     

    そんな「わらしべ貯金箱」ですが、イーホテルショッピングモールが立退くかもしれないということで、新しい開催場所を探さなければならない状況です。しかし武内さんは、「この活動は今後も絶対に続けていく」と力強く仰っていました。今後も続けていってほしいと思いますし、もしお役に立てるなら、微力ながら協力させていただきたいと思います。
